Sumitomo Fudosan Ochanomizu Building

FTS Motorized Roll Screen, Roller Guide, Climber Type (W1m × H6.7m, 9 units)

As the windows face south, the roller blinds were installed to reduce glare.
They accommodate windows over 7m high, and because the unit is installed at the bottom, no scaffolding is needed for maintenance, which is an added benefit.
